EMERGENCY SERVICE FOR KEY-WORKERS 03/04/2020

We will be providing an emergency recovery and repair service for keyworkers.

VEHICLE RENTAL

We will provide keyworkers with rental cars if they require temporary replacement vehicles.

CAR SALES

We understand that some keyworkers may need to purchase a replacement car during this time. Where needed, we can provide a contactless sales method to allow a person to buy a new car without setting foot in the dealership.

If you are not a keyworker, but are looking to purchase a new car, you may pay an online deposit to reserve the car of your choice and once measures have been relaxed we will arrange delivery to your home.

IMPORTANT UPDATE 24/03/2020

Following the statement from the prime minister yesterday evening, we plan to immediately comply with the measures announced. We will do so through the closure of our dealership and repair centres as of 5pm Tuesday 24th March, for at least 3 weeks.

However, we will be providing an emergency recovery service and replacement vehicle hire for key workers.

Our Customer Services temporary hours from today (Tuesday 24th March) will be 8.30 -17.00 Monday to Friday and 9.00 to 12.00 on a Saturday.

CAR SALES

All showroom sales will cease as of Tuesday 24th March, and any customer in the process of purchasing a vehicle will be contacted directly by our sales team.

WORKSHOPS

Any future workshop bookings from Wednesday 25 thMarch will be rescheduled and prioritised as soon as our establishment is open for business again. Our customer service team are working hard to inform all affected.

RESUMING NORMAL OPERATIONS

As a business we will continue to monitor and do our very best to keep up with government advice. We look forward to resuming normal operations as soon as possible. In the mean time we will do all we can to support the safety and welfare of our employees, customers and local communities.
