As we approach the most wonderful time of the year, Vic Young has been donating to The Hospitality and Hope Christmas Appeal.
Hospitality and Hope are a South Shields based charity that support homeless and vulnerable people across South Tyneside – you find more info about them at www.hospitalityandhope.org.uk
As well as a clothing bank, soup kitchen, health services and supported housing, they also operate The South Tyneside Food Bank to provide emergency help for people facing food poverty.
If you would like to donate to Hospitality and Hope, these are the items they are looking for…
❄️ Non-perishable food items - they are particularly in need of tinned food, cereal, coffee, UHT milk, bottles of squash etc.
❄️ Toiletries and sanitary items - toothpaste and toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, soap, deodorant, nappies (any size), baby wipes, women’s hygiene products, toilet rolls.
❄️ Household detergents/washing powders
❄️ Pet food
❄️ Selection boxes
❄️ New or unused Christmas gifts
